PCC PANEL

Main power control panel which consists of feeder breakers and supply breakers, monitoring devices and control devices.  This panel is used in various industries like chemical plants, pharmaceutical, refrigeration plant, plastic industry and many more for controlling power fluctuations.

MCC PANEL

MCC Panel (Motor Controller Center Panel) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. MCC panels can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering etc.

APFC

APFC PANEL

APFC Panel (Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel) is mainly used for reducing energy wastage, losses, penalties caused by electricity boards and improves the required power factor for all loads.

APFC Panel has microcontroller based programmable controller which switches the capacitor banks of suitable capacity automatically in multiple stages by directly reading the reactive load (RKVA) which works in the principle of VAR sensing tends to maintain the PF to 0.99 Lag. The capacitor banks may be selected in number of stages as 4/6/8 according to the load pattern.

By controlling the intensity of electric power provided to the motor, it controls the rotating speed of AC electric motor. Provided panel is also checked on several quality parameters for its functional accuracy.

As one of the main advantages of using a VFD is the energy cost savings associated with speed control. When using belts, sheaves, or gearboxes to reduce speed, the motor still runs at full speed; however, a VFD reduces the actual motor speed, which reduces the amps drawn by the motor. This reduces the amount of energy used—and saves you energy costs. By ramping up the motor speed slowly, VFDs also help customers save energy by reducing the in-rush and mechanical issues associated with starting motors across the line.
